Orders typically ship cold-chain within 48 hours after fulfillment begins, using insulated packaging appropriate for research compounds. Exact timing can vary with order volume, carrier cutoffs, and weekends or holidays.

When an order ships, tracking details appear in your order dashboard. You’ll also receive shipment notification by email when that step is complete.

Provide a complete, deliverable shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or loss caused by incorrect addresses or refused deliveries.

We may not ship to locations where possession of these research materials is restricted. If an order cannot be fulfilled for compliance reasons, we will contact you.
